Your Unique Contribution to Reality

If everything is energy (& it is!), then that includes.... everything! It may be hard to wrap our mind around the concept that matter, from the quantum perspective, does not exist. Matter is a 3rd dimensional "experience." Why is that important? For many reasons, but for now (which of course there is only 'now' as time exists only on this 3rd dimensional plane as well) I want to talk about the significance that you/we contribute to the structure and experience of our entire cosmic universe.

In short... if EVERYTHING is energy, then that includes your every Thought and every sensation of Emotion. With your very thoughts and emotions, you are constantly sending out frequencies into the Whole universal structure of which we are all (and beyond our planet) part of.

And, since energy never goes away - your every thought and emotion exist in the Whole forever and always. It is Your Unique Stamp on the Creation of Reality!

Why is that important??? That is just how Important You Are to the Whole of Existence for yourself and All. The frequencies you are always sending out into the Whole, literally are contributing to the creation of Reality! Fear, judgment, guilt, hate, anxiety, are very different frequencies from Love, peace, joy, acceptance, gratitude.

We are all artists in this great creation. We each hold a paintbrush - each thought and emotion is a stroke on the canvas of the Reality we all experience. You might ask yourself, "Since I am contributing to this Great Canvas of Reality, What Do I Want To Be Known For - What Mark Do I Want To Make?" Together, we can make it one of beauty. ~lap
