Without doubt, everyone is feeling it... change. An inner sense, a need to release the old and let the new come forward. This IS the time of change.

Shifting from what we’ve known into a new way of BEing.

The most challenging part of releasing the old, even when it doesn't serve us, is not having a clear idea of what the new looks like. What if we open and allow, with a vision of what we hope for... the longer and harder we hold on to what is inevitably crumbling, the more difficult it is for the new realities and possibilities to reveal themselves. ~lap
